Established Financial Services organisation is looking for a Training and Competency Specialist to assist with skills training, compliance monitoring and product knowledge assessments for both new and experienced IFA’s. The role involves the evaluation of adherence to FSA regulations and the development and coaching of advisors to further ensure performance improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience of business development and the design and delivery of training/competencies. Full certificate in Financial Advice (FPC, CF 1-5 or CeFA) and experience in delivering T&C to an IFA firm is desirable however candidates working towards this will be considered.
